Procedures on Club Nights

Swimmers must complete a nomination form between 6:30 and 6:45pm and hand this to the Club Recorder. Swimmers are encouraged to complete these nomination forms on the previous club night and hand them to the Recorder. Late nominations can not be accepted as this delays the program of swims for the night.

Qualifying times apply to certain events and swimmers should make themselves aware of these times, which are outlined in the handbook. After nominating, swimmers should proceed to the marshalling area and ensure they are available when their race is called.

Swimmer’s names will only be called once for their race.

If you have nominated to swim a certain race and then find you cannot swim this race, for whatever reason, notify the Marshal immediately.
