Swimming programme

Our swimming programme is a rotating programme, ie: week1 through to 4 then back to week 1 again. We have done this to cater both our younger swimmers who can only swim 25m and our older swimmers who want to challenge themselves with the longer swim.Occasionally we may have a “fun” week where we practice relays,  swim techniques or have a fun game of water polo and generally build up a better team spirit.

Junior Individual Medley consists of 25m Freestyle, 25m Backstroke, 25m Breaststroke and 25m Freestyle. 400m Freestyle can be swum by any swimmer who has achieved a qualifying time in the 200m free.
